ARTIST: Amy Graham

Amy is a lifelong artist who lives and works in San Francisco, and is drawn to the tactile, expressive world of multimedia - from glassblowing and printmaking to ceramics and bookbinding. Her work blends skilled technique with narrative, using each medium to tell stories that explore transformation, both personal and collective.

At the heart of Amy's practice is a deep curiosity about consciousness - how it shifts, expands, and finds new pathways of being. Influenced by the science of neuroplasticity, she sees inner change as something that naturally reflects outward. She's happiest in the flow of creative surge, when the muse takes over and something beyond words moves through her hands - a state of deep listening, where creation becomes communion.

2020 - 2023
During this period Amy has been focused on a new ceramic series: Earth Mama.
2016 - 2020
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Amy was busy doing geometric prints.
2010 - 2016
In the Milky Moon series, Amy challenged herself to paint the same simple form-concentric circles-again and again using watercolor, ink, and gouache. This practice of repetition became a quiet investigation of change: how each piece, though rooted in the same gesture, evolves through shifts in texture, transparency, and tone. The series reflects her interest in process, patience, and the subtle ways transformation reveals itself over time.
